Where do you deliver to?

Georgina Yvonne delivers worldwide.

Do you take a deposit for bespoke orders?

​Yes, we take a 25% non refundable deposit for bespoke orders. The 25% deposit will only be due once we begin the CAD process. The initial design, sketches and render creation is free of charge and as many sketches/renders can be created beforehand. We will only go ahead with CAD designs and the 25% deposit once you are happy with your initial design.

When will my order be delivered?

​Please allow 8-12 weeks for pre-order pieces, 1 week delivery for ready to ship engagement rings, and ready to ship jewellery, and 4-6 weeks production/delivery for made to order engagement rings and bespoke designs. Please note, this is subject to change based on production timeframes - please refer to the delivery timer shown on each individual product page.

Can I request a custom order?

​Yes, custom orders (bespokes) are always available by request. Please contact georgina@georginayvonne.com if you would like to request a bespoke piece. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Georgina Yvonne accepts credit/debit cards (including American Express), Apple Pay and Klarna.

Where can I leave a review?

​Reviews are always welcome, and one can be left as a Facebook review on our page or via Google business review. 

Should I regularly clean my jewellery?

​Yes, it's always good to clean your jewellery regularly; however, Georgina Yvonne does provide an annual free clean and polish for each purchase. Please contact georgina@georginayvonne.com if you require this service.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not currently; however, we do offer exclusive discounts in our newsletter and during promotional seasons.
