Engraving

Georgina Yvonne offers free engraving with every purchase. Choosing to opt for an engraving will add to the lead time of your order - please allow an extra 2-3 days to the original timeline for orders that include engraving. 
For best results, we recommend engraving letters (you can engrave anything up to 20 characters), however, certain symbols can be considered (these are dependent on complexity).
Please note, if engraving an item not purchased from Georgina Yvonne, charges will apply. We will be able to give you a personalised quote for this.
The engraving font will be italic/script, unless otherwise discussed with the team.
To order your simple text engraving during checkout, simply add your engraving text to the notes when you order. For more complex engraving, please contact Georgina prior to purchase at georgina@georginayvonne.com.

Georgina’s Top Tips For Looking After Your Pieces:
Cleaning
When you buy with Georgina Yvonne, you are entitled to an annual free clean and polish; however, if you would like to clean your jewellery from home, you can use warm water and a tiny bit of fairy liquid to clean the jewellery. Splash the jewellery in the soapy water and then brush your jewellery gently with a soft baby toothbrush. Rinse afterwards, then pat dry with a cloth. For extra shininess, you can use a polishing cloth to make your pieces sparkle!
Storing
It is best to store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, and even better to invest in a safe and secure jewellery box for your pieces. Materials used at Georgina Yvonne are very durable - Georgina uses only 18ct gold and platinum for her work, both of which are resistant to scratching. Likewise with stones, Georgina uses durable stones such as diamond and sapphire, to ensure pieces withstand the test of time. This means that Georgina Yvonne pieces are designed to tolerate everyday conditions; however, it is always advised to store your jewellery accordingly, to maintain the best quality and keep your jewellery safe and secure. 
Wearing
As mentioned, Georgina Yvonne pieces are designed to withstand the test of time and are therefore suitable for everyday wear. If you want to, you can wear your Georgina Yvonne jewellery all the time (this includes showering with your jewellery on!) As with all jewellery, caution should still be taken when wearing your pieces.

Ring Resizing and Sizing Guide

We offer one free resize (maximum up/down two sizes) for all ring purchases. 
This free resize can be redeemed at any point, and has no expiry date. 
To help you adjust your ring size, we can carry out a ring sizing appointment. We cannot tell you the size you should go for, (as it’s your hand, after all!) but will advise accordingly and share advice to help you feel confident and secure in your decision. As we are private designers, this face to face appointment can be carried out at a location close to you. We are able to travel across London and up to 1 hour outwith to a location that works best for you. Georgina will hire out space at your chosen location to accommodate your appointment (at no cost to you). Alternatively, we can post a free ring sizer to you for you to measure your ring size at home.
